Какие-то деньги или бонусы достанутся только этому ушлому товарищу, разославшему письма. В линке на регистрацию указан его номер. Скорее всего, он надеется получить некий личный профит как referral от привлечения новых пользователей.
Через iGive действительно можно помогать dnet - насколько я понял, если вы часто покупаете что-то в штатовских магазинах типа eBay или amazon, можно зарегистрироваться на iGive или сделать так, чтобы небольшой процент от суммы этих покупок капал на счет dnet. Но регистрироваться нужно самим с главной страницы.

Это очень странно, dnet принципиально никогда ничего не рассылал на e-mail участников. Вся информация - только через сайт и мейллисты. Покажи письмо целиком, обязательно со всеми служебными заголовками "Received:", можно в PM. А то запросто может оказаться, что отправлено оно с халявного почтовика в Нигерии или домашнего DSL-линка во Вьетнаме :)
