Location: Ekaterinburg

Functions:
Provide high quality technical support to a designated set of Major and Top Corporate customers;
Deliver timely and high quality incident resolution focusing on root cause analysis, prevention, and knowledge transfer;
Manage escalations and sub-cases to ensure timely and high quality resolution of all issues;
Develop and implement strategies for providing proactive support resulting in fewer incidents, increased availability, or accelerated deployments;
Initiate and participate in triage meetings to share knowledge with other engineers and to efficiently resolve customer problems;
Work at the customer site;
Forge relationships with Microsoft technical groups, client groups, and mid-level client management, maintaining a productive interaction;
Manage entire client relationship for small to medium size accounts under direction of Support Manger;
Assist with sales of services to new accounts.

Requirements:
University Degree, degree in Computer Science or Economics is an advantage;
Qualifications include 5+ (3+) years of corporate IT industry experience in development and/or support of software-related products or services;
Equivalent work experience (consulting experience), CCNA and MCSE 2000 is preferred;
Strong customer-service, escalation-management, excellent negotiation and presentation skills;
Passion for service quality and customer satisfaction;
Knowledge of Microsoft product line and Cluster technology is mandatory;
Solid project/program management experience;
Multi-tasking, ability to run several projects at a time;
Self-starter, energetic, reliable, performance-oriented and task oriented;
Fluency in English is mandatory (both written and oral);
Russian to be a native language;
Ability to travel across CIS and abroad.

Salary and social package: from 2000 $ gross plus bonus scheme, medical and life insurance, lunch allowance, mobile phone, trainings
