We have analyzed the algorithms currently available and found out the Elliptic Curve Method of Lenstra to be the best-suited for our network.
We hope to make it available for our members soon, although it should be clear that RC5-72 is our priority right now.

The changes to the servers and proxies are already mostly done but need to undergo some internal testing before we are ready for the first volunteers. 18:48
The client work is also mostly done, but there will continue to be optimizations for quite a while.
it will probably be at least a week or two before we're ready to start things formally. we'll announce when we're ready
