Требования:
Нужен элементарный, желательно бесплатный шейпер ip трафика не только по ip адресам, но и по портам под Win2k.
Требования: Должен состоять из сервиса, мануала, текстового файла конфигурации и без всяких там графических клиентов (возможен консольный вариант).
Выхлоп шейпера (логи) по барабану, могут и не быть.
